Overview
Before confirming any reservation with MomnonTours, it is essential that you carefully read and fully understand the booking conditions outlined below. You should also review the specific itinerary related to your chosen tour so that you are aware of all details and requirements associated with your travel experience.
MomnonTours accepts bookings strictly on the basis that you agree to these booking terms and conditions.
By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these conditions.
Furthermore, these booking conditions—together with the relevant web pages, your selected itinerary, the booking form, our Privacy Policy, and, where applicable, our Website Terms of Use—collectively form the contract between you and MomnonTours.
Booking
By confirming a booking, the lead traveller (the first person named on the reservation) agrees on behalf of all individuals included in the booking that:
They have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions, and they have the authority to bind all persons listed on the booking to these terms.
They agree to our use of personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and they are authorised to provide the personal data of all travellers in the booking, including any necessary sensitive information (such as medical conditions, disabilities, or dietary requirements).
They are at least 18 years old and legally eligible to make the booking, and where services have age restrictions, they confirm that all members of the group meet the required age criteria.
They accept full financial responsibility for the payment of the booking on behalf of all travellers named in the reservation.
Payment & Deposit
A booking becomes legally binding only once the Company has received the required non-refundable booking deposit, along with a completed and signed booking form (submitted either by post or via our online form). Upon acceptance of the booking, the Company will issue written confirmation together with a confirmation invoice.
The standard booking deposit for group tours is 2.5% per person, in addition to the full cost of any internal or international flights and travel insurance included in the package. The cost of flights and travel insurance is added to the deposit and becomes part of the total holiday price. These amounts are non-refundable unless the Company is unable to offer a place or chooses, at its discretion, to decline the booking. Certain tours may require a higher deposit, which will be communicated to the Client at the time of booking.
For bookings made within 60 days of departure, the full tour price will be required at the time of booking. A signed and completed booking form must be received by the Company within 10 days of the deposit payment; otherwise, the booking will not be accepted.
The remaining balance of the holiday cost must be paid no later than 60 days before departure. If the Company does not receive the full balance by this deadline, it reserves the right to treat the booking as cancelled by the Client, and the applicable cancellation charges (outlined below) will apply.
Financial Protection
We are pleased to confirm that all travellers booking with the Company are fully financially protected—at no additional cost. This protection applies to your initial deposit as well as any remaining balance paid, as outlined in your booking confirmation invoice.
Packages Including Flights
The Company does not offer flight-inclusive packages departing from our destination. However, packages that include flights from other international locations may be available.
Please note that any financial protection provided for such packages applies only to the land-based elements of your booking. Airline tickets and any liability arising from airline failure are not covered under this protection.
Surcharge
The Company reserves the right to adjust the prices of unsold holidays at any time and to correct any pricing errors on confirmed bookings.
For confirmed holidays, price increases may occur only to reflect additional costs arising from:
Changes in the cost of transporting passengers, including fuel or other power source costs.
Changes in taxes, fees, or charges imposed by third parties not directly involved in delivering the holiday, such as tourist taxes or port and airport fees.
Fluctuations in exchange rates relevant to the holiday package.
These adjustments may include, but are not limited to, increases in airline costs under our contracts with airlines (or their agents), cruise operators, and other transport providers.
We will absorb increases equivalent to 2% of your holiday price (excluding insurance, amendment fees, or additional services). If a price increase exceeds 8% of the confirmed holiday price (excluding the above), you may:
Accept an alternative holiday we offer (any downgrade in quality will be refunded), or
Cancel the booking and receive a full refund of monies paid, excluding amendment fees, additional services, or credit card charges. We will consider a refund for insurance premiums if no claims have been made or the policy cannot be transferred.
If you choose to cancel due to a price increase, this must be done within 15 days of the invoice date. No price changes or refunds will be applied within 20 days of departure.
In the event that the price of your holiday decreases due to the above factors, any refund will be issued minus a reasonable administrative fee. Please note that holidays are not always purchased in local currency, so some currency fluctuations may not affect the final price.
From time to time, the Company may offer temporary discounts. These apply only to new bookings made during the promotional period through the advertised source and cannot be applied to existing bookings or bookings made through other channels.
Insurance
Having travel insurance is essential. It is your responsibility to obtain a comprehensive travel insurance policy that fully covers you for the entire duration of your trip. Your policy should include coverage for all personal requirements, including pre-existing medical conditions, trip cancellation, medical expenses, and repatriation in the event of illness or accident.
We require that you provide full details of your travel insurance prior to departure. You will not be permitted to travel without valid insurance.
The Company cannot accept any liability for losses, damages, or expenses that would have been covered by a travel insurance policy.
Accuracy
We strive to ensure that all information and prices displayed on our website and in our brochures are accurate. However, occasional errors or changes may occur. The Company reserves the right to correct any such errors, including pricing and other details.
It is your responsibility to verify the current price and all relevant information for your chosen arrangements before confirming your booking.
Passports, Visas, and Health Requirements
It is your responsibility to ensure that you and your party meet all passport, visa, health, and other immigration requirements for your trip. The Company can only provide general guidance regarding these requirements, and it is your responsibility to confirm the specific rules with the relevant Embassies, Consulates, or authorities.
We can provide general information about any health formalities, but you should consult your own doctor for advice specific to your circumstances. The Company accepts no liability if you are unable to travel or incur any loss due to failure to comply with passport, visa, immigration, or health requirements. You also agree to indemnify the Company for any costs arising from such failure.
Most countries require passports to be valid for at least six months beyond your return date. If your passport is approaching its expiry, check with the relevant Embassy. Special requirements apply for travel to the USA, where all passengers must have individual machine-readable passports—please consult the US Embassy.

Itinerary Amendments by You
If you wish to make any changes to your booking after receiving our confirmation invoice, the lead traveller (the first named person on the booking) must notify us in writing as soon as possible.
We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that changes will be possible. Where changes can be made, all modifications—except for options already included as standard in your tour—will be subject to:
An administration fee, and
Any additional costs or charges incurred by the Company or our suppliers in implementing the change.
Please note that these costs may increase the closer the change is made to the departure date, so it is important to contact us promptly.
If we are unable to accommodate your request and you choose not to continue with the original booking, this will be treated as a cancellation, and the applicable cancellation charges under these booking conditions will apply.
Transfer of Booking to Another Person
The Client may transfer their booking, or any credit on file, to another person who meets all the requirements for the tour. To do so, the Company must be notified at least 7 days before departure, and the new traveller must agree to these booking conditions and all other terms of the contract.
Both the original Client and the new traveller are jointly and severally responsible for any outstanding payments. A transfer administration fee of USD 75 will apply if the transfer is made less than 60 days before departure.
Important Note: Some arrangements, such as flight tickets or special permits (e.g., Gorilla Permits), cannot be amended or transferred after confirmation. Any attempt to change these may result in a cancellation and rebooking charge of up to 100% of that part of the booking
Cancellation or change of date by you before departure
